WS is a commercial real estate application service provider. Workspeed brings process improvements to property owners and managers by combining the benefits of workflow automation, collaboration and wireless communication.
We designed two versions of the UI with the objective of meeting real estate specialist expectations, enhancing the features provided by a powerful workflow engine and reaching a high level of adoption with Workspeed customers (tenants, property management companies and owners).
In June 2001, Workspeed received Realcomm's 3rd annual Digie award in the category of Best Use of the Internet - Property Management. The industry press considered the web-based application "to be extremely easy to use and straightforward, with an appealing and well-designed user interface".
